Token 2049 Singapore- 2024

Token 2049 Singapore wrapped up, and what an insane couple of days it was! With over 15,000 attendees and 800+ side events, the energy was somewhat through the roof. From the Marina Bay Sands to countless after-parties with, obviously, 3-4 hours of sleep, it felt like the entire world of web3 had converged in one place – Singapore. And, of course, Zeeve was in the center of it with our ‘The Rollup Day’!

The conversations were intense, the ideas were more clear, and the excitement was realistic. If there’s one thing that’s clear, it’s that everyone is gearing up for a massive sentiment push in the coming months. We asked our teammates who were there. Here’s what they feel: Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 are set to be big. Major catalysts like anticipated FED interest rate cuts and the upcoming US presidential election have put everyone in a bullish mood. You could almost feel the market’s pulse right there at the event.

But it wasn’t just about the main Token 2049 stage. The side events were buzzing with infra projects dominating the discussions. It seemed like every other conversation was about layer2s, sequencing, and the middleware stack of modular chains. The competition is heating up, and everyone’s working on carving out their unique niche. It’s good to see so many projects focusing on repositioning their narratives to differentiate themselves in the maturing infra space.

September 19 was special for us, our ‘The Rollup Day’ event was a smashing success. We had some incredible conversations around RaaS and Rollups, shared demos of all our rollup sandboxes, and connected with so many bright minds and potential partners. It was fantastic to see the level of interest and engagement around what we’re building at Zeeve.

One of the most satisfying things about Token 2049 was the sheer enthusiasm from the Asian crypto community. It’s clear that Asia is not just an organizer in the global crypto scene anymore—it’s leading! The innovation coming out of this region is nothing short of phenomenal. After Dubai, probably Singapore gonna be the next hub of web3. We couldn’t be prouder to see Asia coming on top, building some category defining products, and earning the respect it deserves on the global stage. LFG! 🚀🍻

Overall, Token 2049 was a whirlwind of networking, jaw dropping conversations, and, let’s be honest, sleepless partying! But beyond the glitz, glamor, and the noise, there’s a sense of urgency and maturity in the air this time. The infrastructure space is ripe for disruption, with many business models being replicated quickly, and having the same value prop. A big shake-up feels so imminent, and we’re ready for it.
