Zeeve recently sponsored a 3-day event HACK KRMU 2.0, the second iteration of the HACK KRMU hackathon series from 15th-17th FEBRUARY, 2023. It was a Gold Sponsor for the event that was held with the objective to equip students with real technical and collaboration skills to hack together a project. The developer relationship management team from Zeeve represented us there and spread the word about our solutions and company. It encouraged developers to better understand how they could use the Zeeve platform to build their next advanced applications and deploy, scale as well as monitor nodes.
As technological innovation shapes our future, we believe that it is imperative to get more diversity into tech spaces, and we see hackathons as a tool to do so. Hence, Zeeve along with other organizations such as Polygon, DevFolio and others took the Gold Sponsorship role. Students currently in college and university, having any level of coding experience, were encouraged to join us in this epic 36-hour hackathon and discover their potential as problem-solvers and tech leaders.
We had mentors, volunteers, and mixers to help them get what they needed and branch out, and fun events like type racing when they were bushed and ready to unwind. It was hosted by the School of Engineering & Technology (SOET) of K. R. Mangalam University, this had been an event set up for students, by students. The winners of this hackathon were awarded with a pool of cash prizes, with the first prize being at Rs 30,000. The second and third runners-up team were awarded cash prizes of Rs 20,000 and Rs 10,000 respectively. All the participants received certificates of participation as well as bags of goodies. Moreover, hackers, coders, developers and web3 enthusiasts had the chance to get better insight into how they could integrate their solutions on the Zeeve platform and leverage its benefits for building the next level applications.
Blockchain, AR/VR, Fintech, Health and Education, IOT, Open innovations were some of the chosen themes for the hackathons. Participants during this exciting event had to create solutions for the given problems and execute their problem-solving skills and display their technical know-how through innovative applications designed using these interesting technologies and themes.
