Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sr. Rust Developer to join our dynamic engineering team at Zeeve Deeptech Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems programming, distributed systems, and high- performance backend development using Rust.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and performance-driven applications and blockchain infrastructure components that support next-generation Web3 and decentralized ecosystems. The role demands strong problem-solving capabilities, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Rust-based applications and backend services.
• Distributed Systems Development: Build scalable distributed systems, blockchain infrastructure modules, and network services.
• API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations for seamless communication between applications and platforms.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance, memory management, and concurrency for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Testing & Integrations: Develop unit, integration, and performance tests with strong code coverage and reliability standards.
• Code Review and Collaboration: Participate in peer code reviews, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical, scalability, and production issues efficiently.
• Security & Reliability: Implement secure coding practices and ensure system reliability across distributed environments.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for developed modules, APIs, and system architecture.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Rust, blockchain technologies, distributed computing, and Web3 ecosystems.

Qualifications Education

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming language.
• Deep understanding of systems programming, memory management, and concurrency concepts.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multi-threaded applications.
• Hands-on experience in developing distributed systems and backend services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of Linux-based environments and shell scripting.

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to event-driven and high-throughput distributed systems.
• Contributions to open-source projects or blockchain communities will be an added advantage.
