Welcome to Zeeve’s 2023 year-end report. This year has been undoubtedly marks a significant milestone in our web3 journey, highlighted by important product launches, ecosystem-wide partnerships, integrations, and most importantly—our worldwide recognition as trusted rollups-as-a-service (RaaS) provider. Through this all-inclusive post, we want to sum up our 2023’s journey, allowing everyone to briefly understand what all Zeeve did throughout to stand apart and achieve its forecasted goals.
Section A: Product launch and technology innovations:
1- Rollups-as-a-service(RaaS) Modular Stack:
Zeeve has introduced a modular RaaS stack earlier this year. Our RaaS stack includes everything that is needed to launch a full-fledged rollup chain, be it Optimistic or ZkRollups. Below is a summary of Zeeve’s RaaS offerings:
- Polygon CDK Sandbox- In November, Zeeve rolled out ‘Polygon CDK Sandbox’ for 1-click deployment of Polygon CDK Chains. This flexible and modular tool is designed to remove the technical complexities of CDK deployment, allowing developers to build their app-specific custom CDK chain– L2/L3s via a simple interface equipped with an array of rollup components, developer tools, and ready plugins.
Sandbox provides a standardized rollup configuration, which is also fully configurable. For example, you can choose a specific type of DA Layer, sequencer, interoperability layer, account abstraction service, etc. The best thing about our Polygon CDK Sandbox is that you have the freedom to test and destroy the CDK setup multiple times, and once you are confident, move to a live environment.
- Extended support for rollup components- Zeeve has upgraded its support for a whole new range of roll-up chain components, such as white-labeled block explorers, testnet faucets, scalable nodes, RPCs, cross-chain bridges, advanced data indexing. These ready-to-use components have been simplifying launch of Layer2s, Layer3s networks, appchains and rollups.
2- Appchain infrastructure-as-a-service:
2023 has been a year of appchains. Popular protocols like Polygon (“Supernets“), Cosmos (“Zones”), Avalanche (“L1s“), Polkadot (“Parachains“), have highlighted their appchain offerings. Considering this, Zeeve introduced appchain infrastructure-as-a-service, comprising one-click appchain deployment platforms and plug-and-play tools that simplify the creation of custom appchains tailored to dApps’ specific needs. Let’s have a brief look at our Appchain infrastructure-as-a-service offering:
- Parachain Devnet: Zeeve recently announced Sandbox environment– a one-click deployment platform for custom parachains. Similar to our Polygon CDK Sandbox, you will get standardized and customizable configurations with complete support for our integration partner’s services. Note that our Parachain Devnet is absolutely free to use for 15 days, and you can deploy and destroy parachains until it is good to go to production.
- Avalanche L1 management dashboard: This is one of Zeeve’s latest launches, which enables you to do end-to-end management of your L1s (Formerly known as Subnets). Our dashboard’s core components include– a Validator Management panel, Blockchain configurations management, Accounts and access Control, Node & infrastructure management, monitoring, alerts & logging.
- Support for appchain components: Zeeve offers all the ready-to-use components for seamless appchain development, such as load-balanced RPCs, white-labeled blockchain explorers, web3 wallets, testnet faucets, blockchain bridges, storage solutions, data indexers, etc.
Hosted Subgraph service:
In September, Zeeve launched ‘Hosted Subgraph Service’ — an alternative to The Graph’s hosted service, which is no longer available. Our hosted service for subgraph offers multiple options:
- Custom Subgraph launch- Zeeve simplifies custom Subgraph development by offering a low-code deployment panel that allows anyone, even people with average technical expertise, to deploy Subgraph with custom configurations and host it on Zeeve’s enterprise-grade web3 infrastructure.
- Shared indexers– dApps can leverage shared Elastic indexers to index and query web3 data with simple per-subgraph pricing easuily.
- Dedicated indexers– We also have options for dedicated indexers, where only your Subgraph is deployed on a single-use infrastructure for performance and security optimization. Here also, you can consider simple, per-subgraph pricing.
Zeeve Mobile App:
In December, Zeeve announced the launch of its user-friendly mobile app available supported both for Android and iOS devices. With that, we aim to offer on-the-go web3 experience to all its existing and upcoming users. The Zeeve mobile app has equivalent capabilities to the the website, such as:
- Proactive web3 infrastructure monitoring.
- Real-time analytics & alerts.
- Activity logs, complete access to files.
- 24×7 support.
- Additional features like workspace creation and management.
Zeeve’s Larch:
In October, Zeeve announced the successful launch of Larch– a comprehensive and advanced front-end platform for Zombinet CLI. Larch is built to simplify Zombienet creation, its management, and thorough testing.
With Larch, Parachain developers can quickly set up their relay chains, and with Parachains with Zombienet, are able to test a range of configurations straight on a single dashboard. Key features of Zeeve’s Larch includes:
- Comprehensive Automation.
- Intuitive Configurations.
- Flexible Replication.
- Greater operational control.
- All-Inclusive Node Setup.
- Real-time Logging.
- Advanced Monitoring.
- Cloud Agnostic setup.
Wrench tool:
Zeeve has introduced ‘Wrench’- a simple and intuitive tool for launch of production-grade Parachain devNet on top of Rococo-local. The tool offers a user-friendly interface with default and modifiable configurations, complete with an inbuilt chain-spec editor that fine-tunes the genesis configurations. Key features of Wrench include:
- Collator and Chain-spec configuration.
- Parachain management and monitoring Dashboard.
- Log viewer for enhanced network-level insights.
Open-source !Ink Playground:
Also, Zeeve has designed an open-source !Ink playground that allows developers a Browser-based IDE for editing and compiling Smart Contracts written in ink! You can simply write the code directly in the browser with no need for installation, setting up a powerful machine, or updating the compiler.
AppChain and Rollup Management & Monitoring Dashboard:
Zeeve has launched a 24*7 monitoring dashboard for appchains and rollups, ensuring high availability and performance. The dashboard allows users to check all the active and defined configurations of rollups and appchain. It also analyzes your network setup on various parameters such as:
- Node performance statistics.
- Node disk stage.
- Storage consumption and excess usage.
- Disk usage.
- Cloud usage and logs.
- Real-time alerts.
- Insights into RPC API endpoints.
- Network’s activity logs.
Also, Zeeve has been diving into new and evolving technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Regenerative Finance (ReFi), Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning, Custody of Assets, Web3 Gaming, VR and AR, and NFTs.
